The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Garment Technologist to join the Technology team, focusing on Ladieswear. The role involves ensuring that all products meet the company’s specifications for sizing and quality, providing consistent quality and fit for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create fully graded size specifications and product sketches with key details.
  • Manage the intake and preparation of samples for fit meetings.
  • Participate in fitting sessions on live models, providing concise feedback to suppliers.
  • Oversee the sealing process from initial fit to production and post-production.
  • Specify care label information and packaging details.
  • Analyse test reports and provide recommendations.
  • Regularly liaise with the warehouse Q/C team.
  • Analyse product returns information.
  • Advise Customer Services and Retail stores on technical queries.

About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in a Garment Technology role.
  • A strong enthusiasm for garment technology.
  • A team spirit and a positive attitude.
  • Confidence in communication to maintain strong relationships with departments and suppliers.
  • Strong MS Office Excel skills.
  • A self-starter approach with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Coral Draw/Adobe Illustrator skills (desirable but not essential).
