Our Positive Impact Initiative

At Jaymes Byron, we’ve met exceptional organisations that align with our values and are doing inspiring work to improve employment opportunities, combat climate change, and create more sustainable solutions within the fashion industry.

And, like our clients and candidates, we’re committed to making a positive impact. But we want to do more.

To demonstrate our ongoing support for some of our industry’s most inspiring causes, 5% of our revenue from every permanent placement we make is donated to further their invaluable work.

Here you can learn more about these amazing organisations, how we support them, and how you can get involved.

Practical Action

Practical Action is an innovative international development group, putting ingenious ideas to work so people in poverty can change their world.

Their vision is for a world that works better for everyone. Practical Action supports communities across South Asia, Africa and Latin America to develop solutions to some of the world’s toughest problems – challenges that are made worse by catastrophic climate change, and persistent gender inequality.

Practical Action works with communities to develop lasting and locally owned solutions for regenerative agriculture, water and waste management, climate resilience, disaster risk reduction and clean energy.

"As an ambassador for Practical Action, I’m honoured to support and raise awareness of their work as they provide real, on-the-ground solutions to communities worse affected by the consequences of climate change, right now."

Suited & Booted

Suited & Booted is a London-based charity helping underprivileged men improve their lives by providing essential clothing and support to get them back into work.

Accepting donations of quality suits, shoes, and other professional attire from conscientious fashion companies and individual donors, the charity distributes these to men in urgent need, helping them look and feel confident for interviews and new jobs.

Suited & Booted also provides mentoring and interview training to the men they support. These services are provided by volunteering professionals who donate their time and expertise to help these men make positive first impressions and succeed in their job searches.

Since their founding, Suited & Booted have helped thousands of men across London to find employment and feel confident at work, securing a better future for themselves and their families.

“It was a delight to meet Suited & Booted and discover the incredible work they’re doing in our local community. It’s a cause that aligns deeply with the values of Jaymes Byron in helping those most in need to improve their lives through employment opportunities. As well, of course, as repurposing unwanted apparel and reducing garment waste. Win win!”
